Cancellation/ Return & Refund policy

Once you received the product you cannot return it or get a refund. However, If you received a damaged product you can exchange it. Please see below for more information on our return.

CANCELLATION – In 60 minutes customers can initiate the cancellation & once the cancellation is approved. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the cancellation to process your refund. Refund will be processed and within 10 days amount would be reflected  in the customer’s bank account

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and in 10 days amount would be reflected  in the customer’s bank account

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: EzySpit
